This is a short and tasty post to point you in a direction of a yummy snack we made this past February.
I caught this recipe from the Food Network flashing by on the Alexa in January and thought, what the heck! I’d pick up some crescent rolls before our no grocery spend month and give it a try for something different.
It’s quite addictive! Good hot, good at room temperature, and even good when I grabbed a slice straight from the fridge for an evening snack.
I pretty much followed the recipe as written. My big swap was two 12.5 oz. cans of Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in water versus the 1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts recommended in the recipe. Worked just fine.

You know my rule: Only Frank’s Red Hot is the sauce to be used with anything called “Buffalo chicken.” No exceptions! 😀 Also, I used a slightly smaller ramekin for the ring’s center and it worked just fine (see recipe for explanation).

If you make it… enjoy! (I know we did!)
